Impact Auto Repair

A site for an independent Newcastle shop that works on Ferraris and farm trucks, built to earn dealership-level trust without a dealership behind it.

Overview

Impact Auto Repair is a family-owned shop at 200 NE 16th St in Newcastle, at the southern edge of the Oklahoma City metro. It services European and exotic vehicles alongside the domestic trucks and daily drivers the area actually runs on, which means the site has to speak to a Porsche owner and a work-truck owner in the same breath.

Challenge

Asking someone to hand over a Ferrari, a Range Rover, or the truck they get to work in is asking for dealership-level trust without a dealership's name behind it. Newcastle also sits at the edge of the metro, so customers arrive from several surrounding towns rather than one, and a single location page does not cover them.

02

Approach

Credentials are placed where they carry weight rather than collected on an about page: ASE Master Technician certification, with endorsements in Advanced Engine Performance, European Systems and Diesel, sits in the hero beside the specialisms. Sixteen services each get their own page with symptoms, benefits, and answers instead of one undifferentiated list, and the service area is named town by town. The photography is the shop's own — real technicians, real vehicles, real bays — rather than stock, with license plates blurred before publishing. A plain-language facts block and a set of direct question-and-answer pairs state the address, hours, phone, certifications, and coverage in a form search engines and AI answer engines can quote verbatim.

Result

A site that answers what an independent shop gets asked before anyone picks up the phone — what you work on, whether you are certified for it, where you are, and whether you cover me — and that states the business's location, hours, and service area in a form a search engine or an assistant can repeat without guessing.
