TWB Fleet Repair

A rebuilt website for a 24/7 mobile diesel repair company, designed around the one thing a stranded driver needs: a working phone number.

Overview

TWB Fleet Repair runs emergency roadside and mobile diesel service across the Kansas City metro. The site had to work for someone standing on the shoulder of I-70 at 2 a.m. and for a fleet manager comparing maintenance vendors on a Tuesday afternoon.

Challenge

The previous site opened behind a loading animation and spread nine destinations across its navigation. It showed three services and sent everyone else to a separate page, described its coverage in a sentence, and proved its reputation with a row of stars and a button. Every answer a caller actually needed sat one click further away than it had to.

02

Approach

The site was rebuilt as a single decisive page. Eleven repair types are named outright instead of teased three at a time, the service radius is drawn as a map with eighteen towns listed by name, the five-step process is shown end to end, and a dedicated section speaks to fleet managers weighing recurring commercial accounts rather than to emergency callers.

03

Result

A site that answers a caller's real questions — what you fix, whether you cover me, what happens after I call — without a single click, and that gives search engines the specific service and place language a local emergency business depends on.
